When doing a Virus and Spyware scan, the scan locks up when the scanning get to "C:\SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION\TRACKING.LOG". I have tried BitDefender and also IOLO System Mechanic Pro and both programs seem to stop at the same point. How can I fix this without losing the information that I have saved.
